Set to open as the country’s first Infusery™, this is somewhere you have never been before and cannot find anywhere else. In the 7,000 sqft. distillery/tasting room in Downtown Los Angeles, we experiment and trust our senses to take us to new places. If you can dream it, there is no limit to what we can infuse, and here we offer that chance to discover a universe of flavor for yourself.

BROKEN BARREL WHISKEY
With so many distilleries showing up across the country, we felt it was necessary to bring something new to the table. Infuse Spirits' Broken Barrel Whiskey lineup includes: Broken Barrel Bourbon and Heresy Rye. The two distinct whiskeys each break away from tradition and are utterly unapologetic about it. Each is infused with broken oak staves from other barrels and put into steel tanks to create rich and deep flavors not commonly found otherwise.
